Spring at Euclid Hall Bar and Kitchen

January and Beer Month at Euclid Hall are in their last days wrapping up on Tuesday January 31 with an Odell Bourbon Barrel Stout tapping and our last BrewBites in the theme of Dark and Strong.

All February will bring guests to our Beer Classes as we begin to get more and more comfortable with the basics.  If time allows, we will also be visiting Odell Brewing Co as a staff and will use this blog as the official sign up sheet.  If you want in, sign up as soon as the list goes on the blog. We will also be gearing up for Restaurant 1/2 Month and a massive two weeks of incredibly excited, thirsty and hungry dinners at Euclid Hall.  Details will be coming soon for the presentation of the menu and how the two weeks will work, but here is a sneak peak at the beers that I have lined up for our offering.

Click on the beer for links to brewery.tasting info on each beer.

March will bring some more seasonal offerings as the spring starts to arrive and as we get closer to summer, discussions of our Anniversary party and GABF will begin.  There are only 253 days until GABF.

Upslope Brewing Co Releases Foreign Stout at Euclid Hall

We are proud to introduce Denver to Upslopes latest small batch project and the first that they have released in cans.  We will be releasing this beer Wednesday January 18, at 5 pm.  Join us in celebrating Upslopes latest offering.

Beer Class

We have recently had three guests to our beer classes and we have covered some really key concepts about beer.  I wanted to thank everyone for coming including our guest speakers John Sliter, Jessica Cann and Marc Bayes.

In review, I wanted to offer a could of really useful links that can help you tie up loose ends in knowledge in these specific aspects of beer.

By the way! If you have any days off this Jan. 5-7, there will be a great beer festival in Vail, CO called Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywines.  Although this is no GABF, it is an incredible opportunity to enjoy and learn about beer in a beautiful setting and meet some really cool people.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to pose them in the comments.

BONUS:  I will be planning a trip to a brewery and want to know what you think.  I will post a survey on the side of the blog and that is how we will chose which brewery we will visit first.

Euclid Hall cleaning out the cellar in January

Euclid Hall declares January as Beer Month.  We are going to reach into dark corners of our cellar and pull out all our best beers.  Don't miss any of these amazing beers.  Below is a schedule of tappings for the entire month.  When the beers run out, they are gone and we will tap something else excellent.  Let me know which days that you are most excited about.
Sorry this celebration won't start until the 2nd as we have some celebrating to do ourselves after an incredible year at Euclid.
