We have recently had three guests to our beer classes and we have covered some really key concepts about beer. I wanted to thank everyone for coming including our guest speakers John Sliter, Jessica Cann and Marc Bayes.

By the way! If you have any days off this Jan. 5-7, there will be a great beer festival in Vail, CO called Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywines. Although this is no GABF, it is an incredible opportunity to enjoy and learn about beer in a beautiful setting and meet some really cool people. BONUS: I will be planning a trip to a brewery and want to know what you think. I will post a survey on the side of the blog and that is how we will chose which brewery we will visit first.
